2002 Chevy Prizm Stuck crankshaft

I'm doing a rebuild, only have the crank left to remove, I've taken out all of the bolts from the main caps , but can't get the lower section or crank to move on one side.

Is their some thing special I need to do.

is there a chain for the oil pump on there?

no the chain has been removed, I found a bolt hid under the oil filter adapter, so the problem is solved.
the 20th bolt that holds the lower block to the middle section is hid under the oil filter adapter, I had to re-read my repair manual to see it. thanks anyway.
