2002 Chevy Prizm Fan Not Fully Working

2002 Chevy Prizm Two Wheel Drive Automatic 59,000 miles

The fan in my car stopped working for no reason, except it works on the "high" setting for AC and heat. I wonder whether the fan is broken or if it's just the switch that stopped working properly.

It is most likely the fan switch located in thermostat housing block.
