99 prizm with 100k has got slow to crank. turns over ok just 3-4 seconds to fire-up. did crank in 1 second in past. tuneup?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay test the coolant temperature sensor, clean out the idle air control valve and also test the throttle position sensor
