1998 Chevy Prizm engine stutter

my car idols fine in nuetral but when i put it in drive it stutters and the check engine light came on i changed the spark plugs and it still stutters could you please tell me what could be wrong

Have codes read at most autoparts stores. Could be idle air control or possible TCC solenoid in transmission.
