Wont Start Anymore

We Bought A Chevy Truck 2500 2 WD and it wouldnt really stay running its would stall and die so we did a tune up on it and found the rotor bug and ditributor cap were rusty really bad. We replaced em and it still wont start now. When ur turning it over the fuel injectors just drip. They dont spray. Also when u turn the key over where all ur dash lights come on. If left for a second sometimes a minute they will start flickering out sometimes goin out completely. Sometimes not even coming on. Computer problem? Or something else? Any info would help

Also When You Turn The Key Over The Relays Start Clicking. Replaced Both The Underhood Relays And They Are Still Clicking Really Fast. Not Always Just Alot Of The Times When Vehicle Is On But Not Attempting To Start, Cannot Retrieve Codes Cuz About Half Way They Start Clicking And Check Engine Light Goes Out Or Crazy.
