Unknown Warning Light

Our 1999 Chevy Cavalier has a warning light in the dashboard that is coming on. We cannot figure out what this light means. The light is just a symbol. It has a arrow pointing downward with what looks like water just below the arrow. Can someone please tell me what this light means?

I would bet on low coolant, or low washer fluid. Check both tanks and see if the light goes off. If it is low coolant, you are probably safe to add distilled water or coolant to the tank, and if it's washer fluid, it's not that big a deal, just top off the tank.
