Where does one begin on repairs to an otherwise clean vehicle that has been subjected to "low flood" conditions ? I believe "low flood" means not above seat level. I have a 2004 Chevy Classic (Malibu?) that I need to get restore to running condition, but don't know where to start on the electrical system to get up to working on the mechanical system. I have nothing in response to a good battery and ignition switch on. I feel sure it is relatively simple electrical, bt need to know where to start. Thank you.

If low flood means seat level, this would probably destroy most if not all modules via short circuiting. VERY expensive. If engine was running at time of the flood, it's probably destroyed as well, what would tempt you to try to repair this?

Most people don't drive into a flood ! Thanks. I'll take it from here. Needed information, not pessimism or judgement. Got a good price, and it's not that bad. Already solved a few problems, and the electrical is not fried. Will be running in a couple of days. You can keep the $10; sounds like you're gonna need it.
