Hey hate,
Wow, what a nightmare ......some ???? first. Is the vehicle still at the shop??? If so, are they going to stand behind their work and make this right? I'll help in any way I can, but i have to say ..... it appears you have a "warranty type" situation. They charged you a ton of money and did not get the problem solved! Let me know!!
