how do i drain the radiator fluid from a 1999 chevy blazer,(200,000 miles)

there is a drain value on one of the bottom corners of the radiator, usually facing the engine. Turn the drain value and catch the coolant into a bucket or pan. If the radiator cap is remove the coolant will come out faster. Replace with a mix of 50/50 water and antifreeze unless you live in a very cold climate. Then you can go up to 70 % coolant. Remember never to go over 70%. And of course do this with the car cold Good luck BYM :)
