I have a 1999 chevy 1500 Z71 w/120,000m on it. It is equiped with automatic lights that turn on at night, however, is there anyway to turn them off? (the automatic light over ride the "lights off" switch)

Not sure if yours is like my Blazer, but I have an override switch by my light switch. I have to push it in and out two times in a row to cycle the lgiths off. Then cycle it two times to get the lights to come back on. Other than that, Im not sure.
