I have a 1999 chev S10 4 cyl truck. When I run the A/C, the floor gets soaked on the passg. side.
What could be doing this?

I assume that this is water that is soaking the floor.
It sounds like the evaporator coil drain is either clogged, or has a leak in the drain system.
You are going to have to take the ducting apart and find the leak or clog.
You can try and find the drain on the bottom of the truck, and make sure the drain is free from clogs.
