2005 Other Chevrolet Models Oil in Blow Pipe

I have chevrolet 800cc (LS Exclusive-Matiz). There is significant oil deposit in air cleaner. This oil is drpping from the blow pipe. Have also replaced PCV but no use. When i start the vehicle at morning it blows water from the silencer which is always good sign of healthy engine.

this is probably designed to draw fumes into the air cleaner. the baffling in the valve cover may not be sufficient to cause the is or check the oil cap to see if there is a breather element that needs cleaning may be causing this......
