2002 Other Chevrolet Models Drive Belt squealing

After replacing the drive belt and tensioner pulley, the belt continues to squeal. Any ideas on how to make it stop?

Did you just replace the pulley on the tensioner or the whole tensioner. Sounds like a weak tensioner or another pulley that is loose or mis-aligned.
