2000 Other Chevrolet Models Starting problems

My 2000 chevy prizm will not start. I poured fuel into the throttle body and it starts but dies. The fuel pump is pumping once I remove the line. Could it be the voltage going to the injector? I removed the injectors and tested them and they make contact noises and sprays, but it will only start after the fuel leaks into the injectors after a couple of miniutes.
Not sure what to do.
