2000 Other Chevrolet Models brake lights

2000 Other Chevrolet Models V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 180xxx miles

the truck is a '00 chevy 2500K the brake lights went out simultaneously, but the brake light on the cab works, all other lights work, fuses are good. Please help.

i would suspect the brake light switch. there is 2 outputs on brake switch, one for the cab and the other one for the rear.
