2000 Other Chevrolet Models
my b/f's dad has a 2000 monte carlo they replaced the engine now it won't start and i guess b4 the engine went there were problems with it starting and not starting they replaced the iggnition switch and they said they got partial power now the computer is telling them to turn the switch on for 15 min and tun head lights on then off then lock doors and unlock what could be wrong why won't it start now
