1995 Other Chevrolet Models V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 229.00 miles

i have a 1995 chevy 2500 extended cab i have a leak in the gas tank , do i have to lift the whole bed of the truck off or can i do it from underneath the truck

just raise truck and drop tank out the bottom.
