1993 Other Chevrolet Models truck studdering

when my truck studders or boggs down this is usuallu accompained with black puffs of smoke coming out of the tail pipe as well.....what can this be?? I changed the fuel pump and filters and recently gave it a tune up....

check the gasket under the TBI unit, they had a habit of leaking and are avilable anywhere. Spraing choke cleaner around them without pulling the tbi works. have the engine running when you do this. If it rises in rpm it's leaking. Also check the hose going to the MAP sensor as they get soft and suck together makng the MAP not work right.
