Hi Toyata camry,

First of all you need to check if it is the bulbs that are faulty.

Is the dimmer working?

At the headlingt bulb, test for battery voltage with the light switch turned ON.
The Tan wire is for low beam and the Light Green is for the high beams.

If no voltage are available, check the beamer select switch. If battery voltage is available at the Yellow wire and none at either Tan ot Light Green wire the switch is bad.

If battery is not available at the Yellow wire, the Light switch is bad.
