1992 Other Chevrolet Models Stalling out

I have performed a complete tune-up(plugs,wires,cap,and rotor), replaced fuel filter, fuel pump and sending unit.
Problem i am having is that it stalls out whenever hot or cold wet or dry. It will restart, i can sometimes feather gas to keep from stalling at times.

go to the site here and look up tune up and the first picture is the throttle plate. clean that with choke cleaner on both sides as well as the hole where the IAC is. also clean around the TPS switch...
