I am having problems getting my vehicle to start consistently. The engine cranks but doesn't turn over. I believe the issue precedes the coil. I replaced the coil but did not seem to be getting a spark from it. All related parts that are new include the fuel pump, filter, starter, distributor cap and rotor, coil and spark plug wires.

You must test to see if you are getting spark and fuel. If no spark, then the next step is to have the ignition control module tested and/or replaced.
