There is a problem starting the car. It is a 1988 Corvette c4 250 (and it does this in cold or hot weather).
It starts, runs for a few seconds, then stops. You have to repeat this 4 or 5 times before it starts and keeps running.

Thiccan be a few things, a plugged fuel filter, low fuel pump pressure. Etc. Is your check engine light on? It could also be a plugged map sensor or the vacuum line going to it. Also your throttle plate could have an oil film on it ans sticking. Choke cleaner will clean this off but do it with the engine shut off. And clean both sides. Need more info for this though.
