1988 Other Chevrolet Models 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive

I replaced the head gaskets and now I can not get the truck to start. The spark plugs flood.
I have a chevy 1988 1500 full size truck 4.3 liters.

there's not much to your ignition system.
recheck that everything is plugged in to the distributor and the coil
