1987 Other Chevrolet Models interchangable engine parts

1987 Other Chevrolet Models V8

I have a GM 305 engine in a boat that I want to change to a 350. I'm thinking of using a short block if most of the parts will bolt-up. Will the heads, intake and exhaust manifold from the 305 fit the 350?

yes it will interchange except the cylinder headson the 305 have smaller valves and smaller chambers......
