Heater blower not working. Fuses appear good, replaced the blower motor and relay. Still not working. Power good to blower motor and an audible 'click' can be heard from motor when fan is turned on. What can we look at next?

The heater motor should be able to be removed from under the hood. Check to see if there is a build up of leaves that keep the motor from turning. Before putting the motor back in bench test it.
