When I turn the wheel all the way to the right I lose my brakes the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor only when I turn right.

Check to see if anything is hitting the caliper. This will cause the pedal to fall. Used to see it all the time on lifted Chevy trucks, the caliper would hit the lower arm and cause the pedal to sink
