1970 Other Chevrolet Models my truck hesitates

i already sent a message about my truck and why does it hesitate on the highway when i accelarate over 55mph and it doesnt when i go under that.... i changed the carb out and everything

it may be your weights or spring in your distributor are doing this, by either sticking or timing off. Not much info to go off from what you've written.
