Take your valve cover off and there is a good chance that you'll see one rocker arm either off or not moving up and down very much. You'll have to start eh car to do this. The others will be moving up and down more than the one. If the pushrod isn't worn down or gone through the rocker arm, then there is a good possiblilty your camshaft lobe is worn out and you will need to replace the camshaft and lifters.
