Have you tuned it replaced fuel filter and drained old fuel added fresh? Changed oil ? Carbs may need rebuilt if gas was left in fuel bowl.

Check spark pull wire hold next to block should see blue/white spark 1/2 in. nice crack. If not coil weak
Also check to see if centrifugal advance is working. Weights may have siezed.
