Have you tuned it replaced fuel filter and drained old fuel added fresh? Changed oil? Carbs may need rebuilt if gas was left in fuel bowl.

Check spark pull wire hold next to block should see blue/white spark 1/2 in. Nice crack. If not coil weak
Also check to see if centrifugal advance is working. Weights may have siezed.
