2006 Chevy Optra flickering lights

on my first year of using the car the head lights and dashboard light including the map are all flickering. Went to the chevy shop and simply change the battery and the flickering was gone and after a YEAR AGAIN THE LIGHTS FLICKER AGAIN... is the battery the problem?

for 4years of using the car i already change my head lights 3x already they keep on blowing why?
