2004 Chevy Optra optra blowing smoke out exhaust

Motor is burning oil excessively, excessive blue smoke out the exhaust, compression test on engine shows 225 on all cylanders. disconected the pvc system and the problem did not clear itself, puzzleing that it has good compression and still lots of oil getting into cylinder, and suggestions as to the problem? Optra engine have any common issue regarding this?

Perform a leak down test, could also be valve stem seals.

Yes, a leak down test will test seals and rings, to isolate the problem.
