2001 Chevy Nova Problem about slow tension

hi,
i have a chevy swing 2001, it has a problem, the mechanic said to me, that car has code 63, its a problem about the slow tension, but he dont know how repair the problem, and i want to know How is really the problem and how can i fix it
the car is running and somethimes turn off when i press the clutch,
help me please

There is a switch on the clutch pedal that prevents the car from starting unless the clutch is depressed. This switch is most likely the problem.
