Engine Cooling problem
1976 Chevy Nova 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my car ran out of gas in the yard I put 23 dollars of gas in it and it still didnt' crank my father put gas directly in the carbarator I think the engine is flooded and the car hasn't started and its been three days now I dont know what to do. What might be my problem

If your car won't crank then you have a starter or battery problem. It's not flooded if it won't turn over. Check your battery for charge and if it still won't go with agood charge, then take the starter off and have it checked. Both of these can be checked at auto parts stores.
