1973 Chevy Nova valve adjustment

ok so i have pulled the head off and replaced the head gasket putt the head back on torqued the head back on. so now what?

bring each cylinder up to TDC the adjust your valve lash to zero. Once you have that , and that means the push rods should still be able to slightly spin, adjust 3/4 to 1 turn down. Of course if they are solid lifter then you need to adjust it to the specs of the cam that is in the engine.
