what is the ignition timing and dwell reading for this car?

Back then on these engines 283/307/327/350/400 I'll use 4deg BTDC and 30deg dwell angle or I'll do a vacuum timing instead-sorry no exact info for this 1970 Chevy Nova-Good luck
