Brakes problem
1970 Chevy Nova V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Changed brakes from drum to disc on the front of my street rod. It has a 70 Nova front end and rear end. The master cylinder is an aftermarket with a boost. Put the new proportioning valve on. Calipers on front are bled, but rear has nothing coming out. Tried vacuum on rear wheels and nothing comes out. It's like it's sucking air. Cracked the fitting at the proportioning valve and got air and fluid. Should I open the rear lines and blow air through them? Don't know what else to do.

Start at the beginning, bleed the master cylinder, get all the air out. Then move to the proportining valve. Bleed until nothing comes out except brake fluid. Next do the t that is attched to the rear end. After you get brake fluid comming out of that move to one wheel and proceed to bleed it. Do one side at a time. Make sure the oposite side bleeder valve is closed. Check for any cracked or rusted lines.
