I have hit a few potholes this spring and now I have a vibration coming up the accelerator. The tires seem to be fine. Could it be CV joints or wheel bearings?

check tire balance, and make sure you didn't break a belt in the tire or bend a rim. The bumps wouldn't have hurt the CV joints or wheel bearings.
