WHEN I TURN MY WIPERS OFF THEY NOW STOP AT THE TOP INSTEAD OF THE BOTTOM

Check and see if the wiper nuts have come loose at the bottom of the arms. If they are, adjust the wipers down, then retighten.
If they are not loose you could have a problem within the wiper motor park switch, and may have to replace the wiper motor.

I fixed the problem turns out there is a metal tab that stops the cam and kicks the wipers back and the tab was bent down. I bent it back up and am back in buisness. Thanks for the reply
