2004 Chevy Monte Carlo heater won't shut off

when I shut the car off the blower motor keep runninng and shift indicator on dash stays on even after you open the door. If you disconnect battery and reconnectyou can hear relays clicking and blower motor going.

It sounds like the ignition switch is bad. I would have that checked.
