2004 Chevy Monte Carlo Heater Fan does not run

After checking all the fuses for the heater/ac, still could not find a reason why the fan does not turn on. When turning the controls it sounds like the heater and ac are turning on, but no blower. Looks like there are several modules that could be suspect since there are no blown fuses. How does one go about diagnosing the prioblem

first you need to find out if yo have power to the blower motor. you need a test light. but it sounds like you need a blower resistor.
