Sometimes i go to start car, turn key and nothing no crank or any thing but lights go on. wait 15 minutes and car starts.

This sounds like a problem with the security system. Does the security light stay on or flash when it happens? WHen it happens, try a different key. If that doesn't help, chances are you will need to take it to a dealer. they are the ones that have the proper test equipment to check it.
