2004 Chevy Monte Carlo can't find signal light flasher

my signal lights flash one time and then stop i've looked everywhere for the flasher but can't find it theres one fuse that says turn signal and its good looked under instrment panel but don't see flasher pease help

your vehicle uses one flasher unit for both the signals and hazards. the flasher unit is made into the hazard switch itself, left center of instrument panel. to replace the flasher you must replace the hazard switch.
