2003 monty carlo a/c problem

my 2003 monty carlo with 55,000 miles is an automatic v6. The a/c feels like it is barely blowing even with it on high. It blows cold but nowhere near as hard as it should. Please help, thank u!

either an actuator, which moves blender doors, is bad, a dirty cabin filter, (if yours has one), or the evaporator for the ac is stopped up. this will require at least partial removal of the dash look in the owners manual for a cabin filter location.
