2003 Chevy Monte Carlo turn signals and hazards do not flas

I checked the fuse panel, the fuses are good, someone said something about a relay, and I don't know how to locate it or to change it if it is bad...
Does this sound right to you guys?

Sounds like the turn signal/hazard flasher. It is integrated into the hazard switch. Have seen many of them go bad, dealer should have one in stock for your car.
