My car won't star , the service vihicle soon pops on the bord what can be the problem..

Many things can cause the car to not start. However, if the check engine light is on, there is a trouble code stored in the computer that will identify the problem or cause. You need to have the computer scanned to determine the problem. Most nationally recognizd parts stores will scan for free, but since you can't drive there, ask if they will rent a scanner.
