When I hit the brakes, it vibrates like it has a warped rotor. I changed the front brakes and rotors, but it still does it. Any clues?

Does steering wheel shake? Dash? Does pedal pulsate?

It's mostly in the brake pedal, but I have noticed a small shake in the steering wheel. Of course, it is worse at faster speeds.
