2002 Chevy Monte Carlo wipers

I previously was not able to shift my car from park to drive. I was able to get that repaired but now my left windshield wiper does not work and my interior charger does not work either.would this be a fuse problem or motor??

When you say left wiper doesn't work, does the right one work?

Yes, the drivers side wiper works but not the passenger side.
