electrical power is not getting from the battery to the car. car doesnt have any power when you turn ignition switch on, no panel lights, headlights or anything, but battery is good. if you jiggle the cables it sometimes starts then it runs for awhile and starts with no problem until it happens again. what could it be?

Try cleaning or tightening the battery connections, or replacing them.
