I noticed my coolent was low, added some bout two weeks later light came on. Hadit check and was told I need a gaskit. Do you think I did any damage to engine, I don't see anything in the oil, just some sluge in the radiator. Repairs bout 600 dollars, what can I exspect to be done for that, and is this common

More common than you would think if using DexCool coolant. Check with Chevy and see if it covered under a recall.

I have an 02 m.C as well with the same coolant issue I can see all the way around the intake manifold where the gasket leeks. But im not having over heating issues at all just low coolant indicator light where is this coolant going is it being burned. By the block an how do I tell if it truly is the gasket. An not a worlds manifold?
